Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Martinsburg

The first time my husband and I came here we ordered blizzards and they were filled with the toppings that we chose. If we are paying over $10 for large blizzards we expect them to be #1 the way we had them the first time and #2 the way they look in the picture! This last visit I'm not sure what her name she has really bleach blonde looking hair, she was just bossing the staff around and she had a horrible attitude and never smiled not once. I work in the food industry and I would #1 NEVER treat my staff the way she treated them and #2 if a customer/guest has a complaint you are to make sure they always leave happy!! I was not satisfied with the fact that my blizzard was all just ice cream and when my husband took it back in the same girl makes a rude comment about we usually charge extra for extra toppings!!! Are you kidding me???? Its not extra if I'm paying for a LARGE !!! It is supposed to be filled with berries and cheesecake toppings and look purple not have zero toppings in it at all and be all ice cream. Then when my second try looks EXACTLY the same as the first because she was just being rude and made it exactly how she did before, I go back in and very nicely I did not make a scene and I asked for my money back. She never asked me why, She never asked me what the problem was, she never offered to fix it at all!! Extremely poor management skills in this place and I will never go to this one ever again!! I do not recommend this one at all. They need to hold customer service training classes as well as they desperately need better management. Zero people skills!!! Very disappointed. We moved away from where we used to live to get away from people with horrible attitudes and this state is filled with such kind people however, this Dairy Queen really needs to be on the hunt for better employees with actual customer service background. I ordered through the drive through, and while it was fairly quiet on my end, and I was speaking clearly and loudly, the lady could not hear me at all. I had to repeat myself multiple times for every item ordered. They messed up the blizzard order, chocolate reeses with extra stuff and the oreo cookie jar blizzard. The cookie jar got the chocolate ice cream and extra stuff instead of the reeses. And they didn't turn the blizzards upside down! (How do I get my free ones? :) ) The French fries were over cooked and each fry had a gross spot on it. Very disappointing after spending $28 dollars.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a blizzard and a cone. The blizzard came and was chocolate amd I do not eat chocolate ice cream. I asked about ot since I get this same blizzard every time. She said it gets chocolate sauce in vanilla ice cream. I asked if I could have ome without chocolate and was told only if I pay again. When I said I couldn't believe it and that I did not want it. They refunded my money and I got nothing. Explain that to me- they would not make a new one and take the one with chocolate back but they took the whole order back and refunded my $ so now 2 things trashed instead of one?!?@ I will not go back They would rather lose money and make some kind of point than make a customer...
