Both employees were helping another customer and showed very little interest in helping my family. So we left and went to Cricket the lady was working by herself turned her desktop around initiated the apple website, got us in the right direction and enabled our phones. SHAME ON YOU T-MOBILE for not even turning your PC around and pulling up the apple website to help my family.
