Very disappointing. My grandson was signed up for swim lessons and the schedule said the lessons would be Tueaday/Thursday from March 18th until April 17th.
Nowhere did it say lessons would be paused during Spring Break. We were not even told on the last class before spring break that lessons would be cancelled the following week.
This wasn’t a simple error on our part; other parents and kids showed up for class, as well, only to be turned away. Worse, the young girl working at the entrance didn’t even tell us on Tuesday that lessons were cancelled all week.
The utter lack of communication by both the YMCA staff and the instructors was deplorable. The pause dates should have been clearly stated during registration or, at the very least, we should’ve been informed by the instructor...
Read moreThe volunteers here are great. But the building, and work out rooms, plus locker room, are badly in need of new life, new paint, and cleaning. I cant recall seeing a more dated, worn looking Y facility in any of...

It's been 8 weeks, and I called every week, with no results. Horrible way to treat ppl, and horrendous way to run a non profit! I feel I was discriminated against bc I didn't need child care, and am an older lady needing use of a pool! I hope to get the head of YMCA's number, and discuss it with them. Sickening way to...
