Unfortunately you can not give less than 0 stars or I would. So far this company has failed repeatedly to keep its word. Makes you wonder what ever happened to customer service. 1. the original salesman was going to phone my mom that afternoon for payment. She received a bill nearly a month later (of course they added a $2 charge for a paper bill, which in my opinion is out and out discrimination). 2. the date of 1st delivery for salt, the guy never showed up. Office told me they would call on Friday to tell me what time they would be out the following Monday. 3. Friday came and went and not a single phone call telling me when they would be here. I sat here for over 8 hours waiting for a delivery person to show up the last time and now I will have to set here waiting again without a clue when or even if they might show up. I am very tempted to call the BBB, I am beginning to thing this company cares nothing at all about...

The water is great, but the office staff border on fraudulent. My agreed upon amount on the monthly bill would always change without ever providing a reason. Deliveries never came when scheduled and some Instances they even left us less water than the containers we placed outside. We had to provide the office with our billing information three separate times and on the third time the office manager "Mel" actually wrote our card number on a scrap piece of paper. After reporting this to the corporate office, our bill jumps up an extra hundred dollars a month and when the office was asked to present the reason fo the adjust we was told the account had been sent to collections. Jason Alexander got me scheduled in and taken care of very promptly. I needed a UV water treatment system in a hurry to satisfy USDA requirements for a real estate purchase. Justin Yarnell performed the install and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Jason also was kind enough to come by the following day to pull water samples and also drop them at the lab for testing. Jason went above and beyond to try to make sure my well water wouldn't be the cause of another closing extension. The Culligan products removed the bacteria from my water just as Jason said they would. Everything on their end fell in to place without a hitch and the Culligan products met their claims. Thanks...
