Inside Scoop Inc — Restaurant in Martinsville

Wanted some ice cream, looked up local places, and it directed us to inside scoop. The drive-through was hard to understand It is a drive-through, but there is no speaker to place your order You simply drive up to a sign they have placed and wait for them to come outside to take your order We questioned ourselves if we could place an order at one of the walk-up windows as it was not clearly marked, but we did not ask the employee Employee was nice, took our order, and brought our treats a few moments later. My experience wasn't very good, the girl who took my order was very nice, the girl who bought it out was horrible , she gave me the wrong order when I told her it was wrong, she took forever to bring it back out to my car. The cup had dropped ice cream all over the side of the cup, she offered no napkins, so I got out of my car and politely asked for a napkin, she gave me a few, then slammed the window hard, to let me know she was angry, You can't run a business with a bunch of kids, I wont be back, I threw away the shake, I was afraid she may have been so angry that she might do something...

We ordered 2 scoops of hand dipped cones and there was a lady that took our order and came back out stating she didn't work often enough to know but was told she had used the wrong cone for our order and handed us miniature cones with what looked like a half of scoop of icecream ,and when I got home I had been charged 7.59 for our order! We had been there many times prior and always got generous portion for a two scoop. We felt so cheated and should've addressed the issue then but she shut the window before we could say anything and had to move on as a line had...
