Knead the Dough is my favorite doughnut bakery that I’ve tried so far! It’s my favorite place to go for my cheat day! The biscuits and gravy are good, the doughnuts are fresh, light, and not too sweet, but still fix that sweet tooth! They have many specialty doughnut that you can get your hands on if you’re some of the first customers in their door. I ordered through Grub Hub and items ordered and received didn't match the offered selection. Food was not fresh and was artificially flavored, I threw it ALL out. Not worth the money I spent. Tried to call but no answer nor was there a machine to request a callback. Less then poor service!

You are on Grubhub and obviously you didn't read the review as I DID call you direct and YOU did not answer the phone! You have to remove yourself from Grubhub. However, that has nothing to do with the quality of your product...

Called into place an order for a cookie cake for myself after completing Marin Corp Boot Camp. I asked for the design on the cookie to be USMC style. I was ready to be let down with an underwhelming design but I was greatly surprised on the detail on the cookie itself. It was so perfect that I took great care in cutting the cookie due to the amazing artwork.
