I frequent many Starbucks in this area, and today is the last time I will be visiting this one. I've had horrible service here on 3 separate occasions. The first time I placed a mobile order, and it took me about 10 minutes to get to the the store. I then waited another 20 minutes while I watched the baristas take orders and make drinks for several other customers. People were walking in and leaving with their drinks before anyone even looked at me. When I asked if they had even gotten my order, I was rudely told to wait by the mobile order area, as if I can't see that no-one is interested in making the mobile orders. I waited another 10 minutes before anyone made my drinks. They were moderately busy and I understand that, but to ignore a customer is just unacceptable. My second visit, also a mobile order, I ordered a skinny vanilla latte and a pink drink. They were out of the sugar free syrup and coconut milk, and decided that they would just make it a regular vanilla latte and make the pink drink with regular milk. I understand being out of stuff, but then you need to wait and ask the customer before just substituting ingredients as people may have dietary restrictions. The third and final visit was today, a third mobile order. This time they were pretty busy with other mobile orders and the drive through. Apparently they never received my order and had to see my phone to verify. I've never had any Starbucks say this, and the phone was at home, so I had to go back home to get the phone and bring it back up to show my receipt. I verified my card was charged and I had ordered for the correct location, so I don't understand what happened, but it was the last straw for me. This store needs to get it together. They will not be getting a fourth...
Read moreI gave my order. And stated the fact that I had an allergy in regards to one of their food items that is seasonal. I asked for them to sanitize the picture. I know from having the allergies that there is a possibility of cross-contamination. It doesn’t help that they didn’t say OK we can sanitize that for you they just said that there would be cross-contamination even if it’s sanitized. Which makes me feel like they don’t want to clean it. Which is a little worrisome for someone who has a severe allergy. but also I try to use my points and I requested that I use my points on my card. To which the card was run and the points were not used and they declared that I needed to tell them that I wanted my point of you. I have never experienced talking to a brick wall like I did at the Starbucks this is why it gets to stars. Communication is amazing especially whenever you treat a customer who has an allergy like they’re a human being and not like they’re a burden. Sidenote when I request that they sanitize the picture they’ll make a note on the drink out of courtesy and so I know that they are on the same level. This individual does not which makes me a little leery to drink the drink that I paid money for. That...
Read moreDo better. ZERO Stars. Thirty five (35) minutes for a grande Americano hot. I asked a partner to make sure my drink was in queue and he and she totally ignored me (both) as I noticed many drinks completed 10-15 minutes after i placed my in person order. The partner who took my order remembered me, eventually intervened to make my order and blamed it on a printer jam. Meanwhile the other partner who I asked previously 10+ minutes ago could of easily looked me up on the iPad APP and noticed it was missed. Instead she was like oh well….sucks to be you. I’m done with this Starbucks location and do not recommend in person ordering. if you have to go to the location, USE the drive thru where they CANNOT ignore you. If anyone wants to know the identity of the offending baristas to avoid when you see them in person, i can give you vivid...
