The absolute worst service. I went in for them to check my battery for me. Kind of seemed strange that I saw the older white guy just sitting at his computer playing on it with no1 to service for 5+minutes, before he said "next customer", but I let that go and waited patiently for 1 of the other 2 associates to be done. Then when I walked over to his cashier spot and asked if he could check my battery for me, his response was "it depends. if the battery is here or if the battery is in your car, you have to shut ur car off and be able to restart it on ur own because we don't jump start" and said it like he was talking down to me. Ummmm, ok. I said that I could restart it. So he grabs his kit, doesn't say a word to me, goes outside, wants for me to pop my truck, hooks up his machine , tells me, "yea, it's your battery, there's no connection in it", unhooks his machine and walks back in the store without another word. I was blown away by the rudeness and absolute no regard for customer service whatsoever. I didn't even have time to thank him, he left my truck so quickly. He didn't ask about getting me a new battery, nothing. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at the Napa on Bearses Way in Hyannis, MA. I would never go there if you want great customer service from that dude. He was rude, unprofessional, and I'd rather jump off my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in their parking lot than go back and get a battery and ask...

Was told they had a part in stock drove 20 minutes there, get there wait 10-15 minutes to be seen by somebody , Then they can’t find the part they tell you they have and instead of just telling you that the part is not in stock , they have you wait 20 minutes longer while they take a phone call , then tell you the part is not in stock , awful team over there , highly recommend going...
