Visited the Mathis O'Reilly Auto Parts a few days ago. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Walking up to the counter, I spoke with 2 young men, one in a O'Reillys uniform different than the rest. I believe the young man's name was Eddie. I continued to say, This is kinda embarrassing but could someone help me check my oil. (I am 54 yrs old,lol) Eddie, without a second thought, replied Yeah... grabbing a paper towel and heading out the door. I explained to him that my Dad passed away in February and he always helped me with my oil changes. Having a new car, it had some lil plastic end on the dip stick and I couldn't tell where my oil level was. He proceeded to pull the dip stick and explain to the "dipstick" lol... how to read it.
