TA Truck Service — Local services in Matthews

It was my first experience over here and I would like to say they are quite slow in there job. I waited for 2 hours for tire replacement and this waiting time normal but when you called the driver and ask him to go this (number) bay and you even didn’t touch the single part of the vehicle after 1.5 hours. This is not normal. You guys have to learn some work ethics, you have to think that everyone has not that much time to waste. Your technicians were moving here and there with cup of soft drink in there hand. Lets suppose they have a break time but 1.5 hours break, seriously? And you guys don’t ever care about it. I checked nearby tire shops and almost all were closed and some of them were giving the waiting time of couple of hours. I was feeling like I’m stucked. I've been waiting for 3 hrs while the only work that was ahead of me was 1oil change and 1tire change... the guy behind the counter was more concerned about playing on his phone while they shop hand had 2 of friends hanging out in the shop smoking cigarettes. Also they had me pull up to a bay but refused to pull me into the bay... sooooo i was blocking the dead end not to mention small parking lot. They were not concerned that it was just about impossible for drivers that were looking for parking to turn around. Bathrooms smell like dead rats. They have a very small selection of food and drinks. The young girls that work there are CONSTANTLY standing around the register GOSSIPING and only one person running a register. But you have 4-5 girls standing at the register. Just poor customer service. The Popeyes has given us great customer service and great food. The Taco Bell wasn't terrible, but the tortillas on the burritos were cold, and there was 2 people working and no other customers at the...
