Listen...their food and customer service are both phenomenal! I had the privilege of having their food in Huntersville, NC and I would definitely have it again and again. I had the shrimp fried rice and added a lobster tail to it. The food was so fresh and full of flavor. May honestly be the best fried rice I have ever had. Also the lemonade is amazing. I typically don't care for ginger, but am so glad I tried it anyway. It's like a burst of all 3 flavors that work so well together. You get the lemonade and pineapple taste first followed by the ginger. It's so good. If you freeze it for a little while and drink it as a slushie, it's even better. It was a pleasure meeting you all and thanks for the phenomenal food. I love that you guys are mobile and travel, but if you ever open a restaurant, I would drive hours...

The Wok Lobster might be the only food truck that makes me wanna follow it around like a groupie. The truck is spotless (inside AND outside), the people running it are so nice they could probably sell me boiled water, and even the lemonade is toptier.

If I ever see this truck again, I’m straight up buying 3 Korean corn dogs and a shrimp fried rice with ribs. No sharing, no regrets. The owners really snapped with this one this food could start family arguments. 🥰

We stumbled upon this gem driving through Anderson & we weren't disappointed. We couldn't decide what to try so we ordered the DGAFC Chicken, added shrimp & wokaroni. Way too much for my 4 year old & I to eat!!! So darn good too! The service was excellent as well. Eleaza was so kind to explain the items to me & answered all my questions. They even had little buzzers so they could make our food fresh for us while being able to wait in the vehicle instead of the heat.
