Açaí Express — Local services in Mayagüez

Slowness and incompetence had a baby here. I called ahead to have the order ready and when I get there, I tell the guy. Yes, it's a pickup order. He looks at me confused and says "to pickup?" Like yes, my guy, people call ahead to have their orders ready. Anyway, he asks and they say that the order is ready, but for some reason I am left waiting more than 10 minutes for something that is literally right there. What's the point of even calling ahead? Also, a lady came by to complain that a lemonade she had ordered didn't taste good, so these people can't do anything right....

Llegamos a las 9:45 y nos negaron servicio. No es la primera vez, otras veces nos han cerrado en la cara. Los empleados siempre están distraídos y no saben cojer las ordenes bien aparte de que a veces tienen malas actitudes hacia los clientes.
