I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse in Puerto Rico, and it was an overall fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and rustic ambiance set the stage for a relaxing meal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every part of the meal went smoothly.

As for the food, the steaks are definitely the highlight—cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. I ordered the Renegade Sirloin, and it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were also top-notch; the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the salad was fresh and crisp.

What I appreciated most was the consistency in quality. Despite being a chain restaurant, LongHorn delivered the same high standards I’ve come to expect, even here in Puerto Rico. It’s also worth noting that the portion sizes are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit crowded, but that’s to be expected with a place that serves such great food.

Consistency is key, and I truly value when a business delivers on its promises. Longhorn, a well-known franchise across the U.S., caught my attention during a visit to the west coast of Puerto Rico. Intrigued, I decided to try it out and brought my mother along.

From the start, the experience was promising. The premises were spotless, and upon entering, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. With a bit of hesitation, we placed our order, guided by a friendly waiter who helpfully recommended the most popular dishes.

I opted for the ribeye steak, while my mother chose the chicken parmesan. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, just as we had requested, and the flavors were exceptional. The service was excellent, and everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish.

I have been a client for over 20 years I had dinner last week and the baked potato was groce I thought it was a one time thing it was my Grandsons birthday and his choice was Longhorn so we went it was the worst dining experience ever the baked potato wort empty and soggy I called the Manager and he told us that spec's where changing and the amount of cheese and stuffing were smaller so I asked why they ask if we a loaded potato I worked for Outback and I know how Restaurants work but you are dealing with this restaurant like a burger King I will think about dining again twice also the Sirloin they served my Wife was going bad it smelled awful you're Restaurants we're great but not anymore sorry to say the Manager wasn't the best he just said thats what the higher Management wanted it that way didn't even offer a discount amazing I was in shock like I said I worked for over 25 years in the food industry it's hard to believe that such a great restaurant is working in...
