When I entered with my family, they only had 1 cashier and it was Saturday, a day when they should have at least 2 cashiers available. When we finally went to the table, the place is clean, we felt, and we had to wait about 15 minutes for the only waitress serving our area to arrive to ask about drinks, although the waitress was very nice but never showed up. up. We then waited another 10 minutes for drinks, extra napkins and extra plates to arrive. The area where I was only had one waitress (on a Saturday at 1:30 p.m. when there should be a minimum of 3 to 4. The manager never went by the tables, he only went by the table where an employee was eating and continued to the kitchen and never come back Seeing how unfortunate of him he was able to help improve service just by asking if we needed drinks Food was good although salad bar is very sad and empty Customer service is paramount in any operation where food and drinks are served, which makes the experience more pleasant since they are places frequented by Family, Religious Groups and...
Read moreManager or cashier on 7/9/23 did not provide 5 senior citizens with discounts after it was brought to their attention nor did they want to reverse the charges, put back on credit card to give us the discount, as done in the states. So, got stuck eating they're buffet, which appeared to have been old or sat for hours. My recommendation to those visiting Puerto Rico, please be very careful when purchasing items and eating out at restaurants in Puerto Rico, they have their own set of POLICIES/RULES and do not return your money. WHEN IN DOUBT, ASK,...
Read moreI arrived at the buffet around 2:30 to order for myself and my kids. The cashier was excellent at assisting new customers. As we looked at the buffet food, we noticed the display was unclean, with flies around it. The restaurant had 54 tables and only 2 servers, leading to them being overworked due to the lack of staff. The server tried her best to provide quick service, but it was evident that more staff was needed. Puerto Rican people are hardworking and amazing; it's unfair for large franchises to exploit individuals who are passionate...
