To start if you plan on coming here they will force you to wear a mask in 2022 for no reason even if your vaccinated(or you get kicked out), they will make everyone wait outside so don’t go there during the day unless you wanna wait in the hot sun. As well as no menu posted outside, you only have 3 mins to decide what you want or they will treat you as if your bothering them and talk down too you. The flavor are very delicious. They are very creamy and sweet. I like that! I was so happy to get one that I forgot to take a picture🤣. Next time I will. The prices are very accessible. I bought a medium size among the options they have established and paid around 5.80 usd. The small one is cheaper and the big one is a little two dollars more I think. The attention was very good. Mi experiencia, de visita en la isla llegué a la tienda ubicada en Plaza Sultana Shopping Center, PR-2 Km 158, Mayagüez. Lo primero, la piedra no estaba fría, según preparaban mi selección se notaba como se derretía el helado, la empleada mientras trabajaba iba a verificar su celular, en ese momento entraba otra empleada creo a su turno según llego del exterior puso su telefono en una parte del area de trabajo y atendió uno de los clientes esto sin haberse lavado. Uff su trato fue rudo, no contestó las preguntas que el caballero le hacía y mostraba apuro para salir del cliente, el cliente se fue molesto con su hija y la empleada tomó su celular disponiéndose a contestar mensajes creo... Al final no confeccionaron el helado según su receta Gotta Have It, Our Strawberry Blonde pues no puso Wip Cream en la mezcla, al terminar limpio la piedra con un paño!, al indicarle esto se molesto ignoro mis palabras y recomendó echar el Wip Cream encima, acepte y al pagar y ver el recibo había cobrado extra por el Wip Cream, cuando le pregunte me dice que se habia equivocado. Ambas empleadas tenía su uniforme incompleto (gorras no eran de la compañia, t-shirt le quedaban pequeñas), su pelo no estaba recogido, mala disposición para trabajar, mal caracter y durante mi tiempo de espera que fueron 28 minutos sin fila, mostraban malestar cada vez que llegaba un nuevo cliente.
