I used Mars' new online website to order Leviton parts. It was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had with an online retailer. For starters, their pricing was lower than anywhere else online for the part I needed. The site was extremely easy to navigate and place the order. The shipment left their store the next day. I had communication sent and received all the way through the process with their customer service associate Corbin, from after placing the order, to after shipping, and even a follow-up to make sure I received the order and to see if I was happy. Patrick was the gentleman at the counter. It is not fair to give him ONLY 5 stars. He is by far a 10 star worker. I am a small-time contractor there are only three of us on staff.
