After 3 other companies dragged their feet for weeks and weeks with scheduling and completing their "best estimates" for carpet in our flip property, thankfully I finally met Melissa Mack with FP Supplies. From there it was like butter. Within a couple of days of meeting her, she had an estimate to me (well below the other 3 estimates) and had the property measured and ready to schedule. Other companies were scheduling 3 to 4 weeks out, but with FP Supplies, from acceptance to install was only 6 days (and sooner was available). Melissa had brilliant input in choosing the right carpet for the colors in our property and even hand-delivered a sizable sample immediately upon request so I could view it in the various areas of our property. I was in need for a furnace, I bought a used furnace from FB Marketplace only to find it had a cracked heat exchanger. I called Melissa to pull the trigger on a new one. She asked when I needed it and I said immediately because we have a move in and I needed it delivered. She PERSONALLY loaded up the furnace into HER own vehicle and delivered it on the spot, driving over an hour from CLE to Canton. We work with Kevin on a regular basis for LVP, cabinets, and HVAC for a lot of the remodels we do. Their LVP is the best price for the quality that I’ve found (and I’ve been looking!). The cabinets are soft close and a great price as well - I’ve gotten quotes for the same quality of cabinets for double what I pay with FP Supplies. Kevin also comes out to the house and measures the kitchen for cabinets, so it saves time when choosing the right layout. We also never have to wait long for a response.
