BEWARE OF THIS SHOP I ordered a funeral arrangement online from Life Tributes for a family member because I live in Nashville, TN. They contracted with Mayfield Broadway to do the arrangement. The total cost was $94.90 - which included a $19.95 delivery charge by the flower shop, which should have been $5.00, according to their website price. I picked out a beautiful arrangement with white roses and a cross. Total cost before delivery to me was about $75. I arrived at the funeral home and looked everywhere for it. It was a very small table arrangement with 4 roses - the rest was daisies, not white and not roses!- definitely not a $75 item! Needless to say, I was embarrassed and angry. I spoke with another family member who always uses this flower shop and she said I should go speak with them, so I did. I don't usually do this sort of thing, but I felt I had been shorted because I was from out-of-town. I took a picture of the arrangement and card and showed them. At first, they said their shop didn't do it. Then I showed them the card and they said oh, well, the Life Tributes Company only paid them $56 and that was their excuse. I called Life Tribute when I arrived home and they assured me that they had paid the shop $75 and were surprised that the delivery price was so high. I complained about the bouquet and Life Tributes was nice enough to reimburse me half. It was still an embarrassment since the funeral was for my son's mother-in-law. I placed my order on the phone from the Atlanta area to be delivered to a friend that had past away in Mayfield at Burns funeral home that was being buried that day and my order was delivered to the wrong deceased's funeral which happened to be in that funeral home on that date. I was totally surprised when I received a nice "Thank you" card from a very nice family that I did not know and suddenly I realized what this flower shop had done.

I will be calling this morning requesting a refund and hope that they are gracious enough to make this right, I know mistakes happen and its just one of those unfortunate incidents, this was my first time using them and will probably be my last.
