I believe it was the owner because he thought he was above and beyond the law by smoking throughout the restaurant. I just quit smoking, so it bothered me tremendously. He was an older gentleman. It was near closing time, but that's no excuse for smoking up the room. I guess the guy also doesn't have an office because he had money all over the table counting it and the woman was so anxious to get people out of the restaurant at closing time that she was mopping the floors with a overbundance of cleaner in the bucket so it's stunk to high heaven. It was a nice smell if she put the appropriate amount of cleaner instead of an over Abundance.
