O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Mayflower

On two consecutive days we went to O’Reilly’s in Mayflower for simple parts (spark plugs & wires), not only would the clerk not raise his head up out of his phone, he would not and did not even acknowledge we were there. We simply left and were able to get correct parts and courteous service in Conway. It’s understood if the place of business is busy, crowded, short handed, etc. that service might be interrupted but in this instance we were the ONLY customers in the store on both occasions. We will NOT be returning to the store in Mayflower. Even a simple, hello…could have saved this entire...

Me and my boyfriend broke down across the railroad tracks and luckily were close enough to here we walked to get a jumper box. We bought one and didn't realize it had to be plugged in 😵‍💫 ... So we went back, luckily this time the car still had some juice to get us there, we returned it and bought the right jumper box.. and the car still didn't have enough juice to get us home 😭

The guys tried their best to help me. My issue is 25 years of buying parts not once have I received their "rewards" points they claim. And the quality of parts has finished to the point I have to order 2 or 3 of the parts I need to hopefully get I that works. Maybe but sometimes it's three or four before the right one comes.
