Superior Grocers — Local services in Maywood

Worst store and location to shop at. I came in with my Animal service dogs and the Manager Juan declined my entrance. While mocking the situation.

I’ve been shopping here for years so it’s not like I’m a new customer , the manager might be new but he needs to be retrained.

I was also here about two weeks ago with my dogs , I had no issues. I asked the cashier if he can scan my card from the register and he said that was not possible. So it just sounds like no one has proper training at this location.

I suggest people shop anywhere but Superior in Maywood CA.

If you want to get mocked as a customer , go ahead and shop there.

FOOD 4 LESS is 2 blocks down , they don’t discriminate and they have a bigger selection. That’s exactly where I was coming from but I just forgot something and stop at Superior .

Do not shop here your service animal will not be welcomed. TARGET , FOOD 4 LESS , WALMART they are pretty good with service animals .

Target is not far so that’s another option other than going to this location is MAYWOOD.

This Manager ( Juan ) at this location did not even know what an ESA LETTER was , did not ask to see one , did not care ....

Honestly cashier's are slow & rude this place never has what your looking for. I seen this lady with her kid in front of me getting cookies & candy & stuff to make sandwiches & she used her ebt card & then the girl made her pay cash for the candy she told her ebt didn't cover the candy bar & then looked down on the lady.
