The store itself is great, as is their merchandise & prices..However, as many other reviews stated; employees are rude & absolute zero customer service. A little common courtesy goes a long way. They should be aware that many customers like myself come a great distance to go there. I come from San Antonio, on the way to SPI. While yes, I'm aware there are a plethora of Michael's & Hobby Lobby's in SA; I'm also trying to support a locally owned small business. One might figure with this economy, SOME businesses would be appreciative of customers & greet them when they arrive or offer to assist. Even over the phone they seriously lack any customer service skills. Some establishments (like this one) really need to take a page from Chick-fil-A as they always go above & beyond w/ greetings, gratitude & an eagerness to serve their customers. I visited your store Daisy Crafts today and spent almost $200 on merchandise I needed. However, I encountered an issue with the pricing. I selected two items priced at $9.80 each, but the cashier charged me $13.99 each, claiming they were brought from another store. Whether they are from a neighboring store is irrelevant to me, but if you won't honor the displayed price, please update your costs. Make sure you check EVERYTHING because these people don't even let you exchange items, I wanted a bigger size graduation boxes because my bears didn't fit into the ones I took and they said they don't do exchanges I was willing to pay the difference of course but they just said no, and of course they don't do refunds!!!!
