Edit: Twisting what really happened to attack the customer's character instead of owning up to your mistakes really shows the unprofessional way you are running this business. I did have to call to get a refund, nobody contacted me or called me. I was early but within the 10 minute window you all set up according to your rules when I signed up for the class, and after more than 10 to 15 minutes of waiting in the Valley heat and it being a couple minutes past the scheduled class time, of course we went to wait in the car. You did not meet your end of the agreements, I think I had a right to be upset. I guess you expect everyone to just role over and be disregarded as nobodies. Scheduled a class for my Wife and I on our anniversary. They saw us waiting at the door and didn't even bother to open it. We were waiting 8 minutes before the class was supposed to start, till we realized they weren't going to open the door a couple minutes after the class start time. Been there before and it was great years ago. This time, it was disappointing. The artist was either a beginner or first time giving a class. She was calm, gave directions but her art work looked like ours. We didn't get a break to catch up or walk around and see everyone's pieces because the directions were given and she was going very slow. The brushes definely need to be updated. Several were all waky and missing bristles. When the class was over she was like lets take a picture and said we needed to leave because the next class was coming. While visiting from Pearland TX, we came here with my mother, whom had never done anything like this, and a lot of other family members and loved it. The instructors were very helpful and the room was large and beautifully decorated. Made a lot of great memories painting, drinking, conversing and eating. The locationis perfect because if you still want to continue the fun you can go across the street to the beautiful outdoor garden bar. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully for the neon...
