I spent $283.75 at Target today and one of the items I purchased was a Birthday Card. When I got home, the Birthday card was not in the bag! It is too much of an inconvenience to go back to the store to get the card so now my son does not have a card to give to his brother for his Birthday!
Also, I had a second transaction immediately after this one in which I purchased $60.00 of Nintendo gift cards. The cashier was extremely rude about this! I tried to put the spacer between the orders so that it was well identified that I wanted to pay for the gift cards separately AND I was in the process of telling the cashier that I wanted the gift cards to be a separate transaction when she GRABBED the separator from me and told me I didn't need it. Then she told me in a very nasty tone that I could not pay for the Nintendo gift cards with another gift card. I replied that I was paying cash for the gift cards, I don't know why you would say that. She said people try to do that all the time. While this may be true, there is no need for that attitude from her!
She was so busy being nasty that she forgot to put the Birthday...
Read moreLiterally registers are backed up with lines of people waiting for two registers because this location closes their self checkout. STOP CLOSING YOUR SELF CHECKOUT. Why am I waiting in line with a fussy baby at 9pm because you refuse to open a self checkout lane. The cashiers are too slow, and people get in line with a hundred items and we just have four or five things, but we're stuck behind them all. We waited to checkout for over 20 minutes, and some people were waiting even longer because there simply weren't enough employees checking people out. Everyone in line was all complaining about it. This is a horrible decision. The cashier claimed they were understaffed, but that makes no sense... whatever manager who has decided that putting two people on a register instead of one on register and one person maintaining SIX SELF-CHECKOUT MACHINES should be fired because they clearly don't understand how efficient...
Read moreThis store has been going downhill for many, many years. It has the worst customer service that I have ever had at any Target store, so much so, that I rarely go to target anymore. They refused to price match an online price when clearly the application was showing a different price than in store ( a lampshade). It’s like the staff always wants to battle with you… it’s not like the price change is coming out of their paychecks. I tired price matching a carpet shampooer and they wouldn’t do it because the color at Target was red and the one at Walmart was blue. This store is also very dirty and dangerous as well. It’s a hazard walking in the front of the store as there is always junk, flats, and returned items on the floor. Avoid at all costs – I know I have and I now shop at Walmart where I know I’ll get better deals and way better...
