Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in McCandless

We pull in the drive through to tell the employee our order. Everything in communication field was fine, seems like he heard everything that we said. One thing i noticed is that the employee did not read our order back to us. We pull up to the drive through window to pay. We had a big order, but the employee did not give us a receipt. He then proceeded to give us two bags of the wrong order.(having a receipt would have made this easier) We went through our food to make sure and proceeded to say excuse me multiple times to the employee that decided to ignore us. The employee was also seperating chicken from bone and putting it into a bucket, maybe thats why he was ignoring us, maybe he was side tracked. We finally got his attention and told him. He then took the bags and threw away with an attitude. You can tell by now he is flustered. He then proceeded to remake the food give It to us and went out by the kitchen to hide out. He made the correct food but still forgot three specific items we asked for. We then politely shout excuse me multiple times at the drive through window. No one showed up and finally after five minutes a man in a red shirt showed up, we think he is a manager? He came to window and when we were about to say something he shut the window. He finally listened to us at his leisure. We finally got our food, after 25 minutes of waiting. We were extremely kind imo. The employees were rude and need trained in customer service. i wish i can go hide from a customer in need. Terrible never coming back, really ruined our mood and made the food...

11/07/24: Stopped in for take out at the Blazier Drive/Wexford location, went into the Ladies Room, and it was absolutely deplorable. A 3” black circle of something disgusting around the entire circumference of the inside of the toilet bowl… no toilet paper, the feminine hygiene bin was overflowing, and the mirror over the hand sink was covered with so much soap scum, the mirror was gray. Absolutely unacceptable. If their ladies room is that diseased. I can’t imagine what the men’s room is like. Makes me wonder how filthy the kitchen is. Absolutely unacceptable. I told the manager, who in turn said he’d have someone “check it out”, with no further explanation nor apology. Apparently, sir, it hasn’t been “checked out” for a good 6-8 months. I’ll take my money...

Normally my girlfriend and I love this place. They normally have great service, quick severing and amazing attitudes. On October 7th at 7:25 we went to get our usual orders. We sat in the drive through at the window for 30 minutes waiting for our food. A huge line grew behind us. At 7:55 they told us it would be a 7 minutes wait for mac n cheese. We waited 20 minutes in a parking spot watching as 15+ cars go through the drive through. My girlfriend goes in and asked for an eta, they looked around super confused acting like she wasn’t speaking English. We waited another 10 minutes for them to finally bring our food out.
