We purchased the game day wing box. We were asked to wait it would be about 5 minutes to cook the wedges. When we got home we realized The nuggets had to have been cooked in the morning and had been sitting around all day. They were hard and not eatable. The wings were dry and old. The wedges were the only thing that were semi eatable. It doesn't matter how late it is if you are going to be open you still have to follow good food practices and have fresh, quality food. Will not be going back to this location.

2024-03-21 It has been a long while since my last visit. Really glad I stopped by at lunch. 1: Dom,the cashier is making the big difference . Didn’t get his name but he was patient and helpful , understand customer satisfaction! 2: the 2pc chicken is great! 3: there is new menu refer to picture. The salad looks so fresh ! - later.really hope they keep up their service and food as being the only kfc near by.

We both ordered 2 chicken meals. Both meals the chicken was extremely dry, old, and looked like it had been sitting in a warmer all day. One meal was chicken tenders and they were hard as rocks. Pretty sure the biscuits could be used as rocks. Spent $26 on 2 meals, that we threw out once we got back to our hotel. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location.

Reading some of these REVIEWS of the "KFC / TACO BELL" Restaurants makes you wonder what their MAJOR Complaints are. One TALKS about the Combos location, Another COMPLAINS about MISSING potatoes & gravy, A 3rd Critic COMPLAINS about the DIRTY DINING ROOM, There are COMPLAINTS about the POT HOLED Parking Lot & Another GENIUS talks about NOT being able to UNDERSTAND the EMPLOYEES way of SPEAKING. For Me, IT'S SIMPLE, The "KFC / TACO BELL" Restaurants are 2 VERY GOOD & WELL MANAGED Eaterys LOCATED at the End of the "PINE CREEK PLAZA" on McKnight Rd Across from the NOW VACANT "RAVE" / "SHOWCASE CINEMAS". I've ALWAYS loved KFC bc of their TASTY Chicken & SMOOTH Mashed Potatoes & the MENU PRICES aren't bad either. My Family & I have stopped at this location a few times & We were always GREETED w/ a SMILE & a HARDY HELLO. & What a DORMANT Movie Theatre & a FOULED-UP Bus Line has to do w/ Fried Chicken & Delicious side dishes is COMPLETELY over My head. The "PINE CREEK PLAZA" on McKnight Rd is still a VERY BUSY Shopping Center & w/ a GIANT EAGLE, a TARGET Department Store & Other Stores spread around the PLAZA, COMPETITION is a MAJOR Pain, But it's working...

I know I'm overweight and I don't need a cookie...but how many times do I have to leave without the 5 dollar fill up cookies before my cry for help will be heard! The 5 dollar fill up just isn't the same without that delicious little chocolate chip cookie. I feel like a little kid who didn't get a toy in his happy meal. I must of left there 8 times getting jipped on the cookies. I know I should check my bag but they will give it to me one time then forget the next. Must be a cookie monster on the loose! Someone is pocketing the cookies. This is just getting out of hand I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles. 🍪 Besides never getting the cookies I really don't have...
