I was a customer as well as a vendor.. here's my experience with this place.. I was a vendor for a year there my stuff was always going missing and never found. And I looked all the time and it wasn't cheap things was more expensive items like $40-70 that would just vanish.. my husband and I went to restock and clean up on the 23rd of December (we live an hour away one way).. My grandparents told me they had seen a dehumidifier the last time they were there. So I went looking an found it. The ven itdor was there and I asked him if he would go down on his price he wanted 90, I asked if he'd do like 70. As it looked a bit rough and was dirty and didn't have much money the guy was a complete As* about it.. so I went to the front desk to ask if they knew of anyone else selling one besides the guy on the far wall in the middle because he was acting like an as* to me... I'm halfway home and they called and said the guy I had said was acting like an as* was the owners husband and we needed to come and get all of our stuff out today.. had someone coming to my house for something as it was already going on 2pm and had to be home between 3 and 4.. so I had to ask my husband and Grandpa to go all the way back out there and get the stuff because couldn't wait til the next day Christmas Eve... So I said well since y'all can't wait til the 1st when my booth rent is payed up till I want my check today... They said that's fine. Well when my husband and Grandpa went to the desk to get it they said I had to wait until the 3rd which isn't what I was told on the phone... They say the got cameras and what not well I want to know where the stuff is that has gone missinf my big and small items... Missing about $300 worth of stuff that vanished and they don't care... Bathrooms are nasty and don't work half the time... All my family goes there as well as our family that visits us from out of state.. well none of us will be returning after what happened to me.. it was BS just cuz I said he was acting like an as* to me... It costs me 10 bucks in gas Everytime I go down there, when we had to go get my stuff out we had to bring a bigger truck so that cost another 20 bucks and then had to go back a week later when they could of just gave us the money the .knowing we live far. . then had to pay another 10 bucks... Don't go here if you want something fair and be respected by owners and employees They also cheat their vendors.. when they made us move out early which was a week said they would credit me that week which they...

I rented a booth in this place I was told it would be a while before they had any openings and was advised by the staff to go ahead and pay rent on the booth to make sure I got one when it became available. I paid A month's rent in advance a requested and went on my way. I was called a few days later and told that I had a booth. Ok, well I just had my wisdom teeth pulled I'll get there next week after I heal a bit. I had to build walls to make A decent looking booth and for my things I need pegboard. Anyway I thought it was no big deal as my rent was paid in full for a month. I get a call from the owner raising hell with me because I had not moved in yet. I explained that she had already been paid so it shouldn't be a big deal. She hangs up, then a few minutes later she calls me back talking like a mob queen telling me I needed to make it my number one priority to get moved in. At this point she was getting on my nerves as I was just getting my things back into my van from my loaner car, my van went in the shop Monday night and I had no way to haul pegboard in the loaner car, so I told her to just refund my money. She then informed me that she was going to prorate and keep 11 days rent as well as tack on an extra 7 days because she felt like it. Keep in mind the rent is $60.00 a month, $2.00 a day. I have posted several reviews, and this is the only negative that I have ever posted! It has been several years since I have been here, and it seems it has changed. My visit was not a good one. My family ( 6 of us) drove about an hour and will not go again. The lady that they called " Mom" was very rude to the staff checking people out. I had a couple items of my 7 year old twins that the booth numbers could not be read. The young girl asked what she needed to do. " Mom," snatched it out of her hand and said we can't sell it and slammed it down on the other counter. This happened to another item almost the exact same way, but she was more frustrated and rude. I offered to tell them where I got them from, but she literally turned her back and ignored me. I understand and wasn't upset about me or not being able to purchase the items. But I was bothered by the attitude towards the girl, and not even addressing me during the situation was the final straw. I was ashamed my children had to witness such unkind treatment and disrespectful behavior...
