We moved to McKenzie when I was about 10 years old. I remember running around this place when it was called âNew to Youâ I am now 35 and I still frequently visit, even though I donât live in town anymore. Always have cute stuff and the prices are still priced for people to be able to afford! They run sales sometimes that are great! This last week all womenâs shirts were half price and I didnât pick up a shirt that was priced any higher than $5. By the time I left, I had 3 bags for $21! My favorite part are the two ladies that run the store. I remember them from when I was a child. I read a comment about them being rude and I have to strongly disagree. These two women always make me feel right at home. I believe the lady that made the comment about them being snarky just doesnât know them. This is mostly womenâs and childrenâs as the menâs section is significantly smaller, but there are a few racks of menâs stuff that is also...
Read moreI used to love this place. My family and myself travel from out of town to visit here this day. It's storming. I have my things ready to check out, their square credit card machine isn't working. I have $100 bill which they don't take either. Both ladies just stood there, like it was my fault. One said something snarky to the other, and then to me. I finally asked what they wanted me to do, someone needed to make a decision about the cash. They finally took my money. They both acted as if I did something wrong, both were incredibly rude, as if I was keeping them from tagging their merchandise. If you don't think your customers should be part of customer service, then there is the issue. I was the only one in the building. I drove 50 miles with gas being 4.50 a gallon. They don't need or want my business, so I won't be back. Sorry ladies you got a zero...
