I came to this nail place to get my graduation nails done. We came in and we waited 15 minutes and asked for acrylic and Shellac nails. For the acrylic nails I wanted to do something a little special and they said no because they didn’t have enough time and the quality was so bad the nail polish didn’t even reach all the way up the nail and you can see the bottom coat like peeking out. The shape is chunky and uneven there literally was a big bubble of glue under the nail and when I asked to fix it she never did. They just didn’t care at all and was rushing to get to her other clients. My cousin got shellac nails and wanted pink but they turned out fully orange. Not worth $40 and $45...

Bait and switch on pricing. Halfway through a regular pedicure, I’m told it will cost $47 not $39, which is the price on the website and on their in-store menu. I’m told I’m being charged for removing existing polish after they removed it, then for smoothing the skin. Nowhere does it say either of those cost extra. And it’s absurd to charge extra to remove regular polish. Not gel. I also made an appointment and sat while 5 walk-ins were honored and serviced at my appointment time. Services didn’t actually begin til 20 minutes after my appointment time and lasted less than 30...

I don’t know why it has taken me so long to write a review for this place! I have been going here for 2 years. I always have a great experience when I am there. My nails are done well and I leave feeling relaxed. I have never left and been unhappy. All of the nail techs there are very talented. I have been seeing Heidi and she is always up for a challenge with me. I come to her with different ideas for nail art and she is always willing to try my ideas and she always pulls it off.
