baddpizza - McLean — Restaurant in Virginia

First visit on Tuesday, 27 July at about 6pm or so (I am being somewhat precise to praise the young man who took my order and then brought it out to me at my car). First kudo; this young man who cheerfully took my order and said ‘I’ll bring it out to you at your car, sir’. Super professional and friendly. First impressions are important. This young man nailed it.

Second kudo; wow, great pizza and sandwich. Got the personal size ‘Meat Lover’s’ and Philly Cheeseteak. 8 pieces of fluffy crust with quality toppings for $12 is a massive bargain. Cheesesteak was also awesome. New favorite.

Third visit Sep 14, 2021. Don’t you just hate it when any restaurant goes downhill super fast? This was my unfortunate experience today. I ordered 3 pizzas, spinach salad and chicken tenders. Their wings are AWESOME!! A bit pricey, but here’s why- you can tell the meat isn’t a frozen premade chunk and their breading is somehow both crispy and juicy. My husband got their signature hot wings and loved them. I got the boneless bites in mild and they were the perfect level of spice. These are some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The quality of the meat is really good. My knock on the star is that we weren’t wowed by their pizza. While we could see the seasonings on top, there somehow wasn’t much flavor and the crust didn’t have a standout taste or crispy texture which we prefer. Their pizza was totally fine, but we wouldn’t choose it over our other go-to’s. The two times we ordered pickup, the order wasn’t ready in the estimated window they gave and we waited an extra 5-8 minutes for it to be done. Not a big deal but a minor knock against them. All that said, we have found our loyal spot for wings, especially once the football season resumes!...

Oh yes hello I member of McLean community since 1988 and I'm very disappointed today on Sunday September 30th about the bad Pizza on located drive in McLean I guess all the young kids from high school they quit it was only one cook he told me you have to wait 10-15 minutes just for one pizza and I was expecting the best I see the ingredients they are not very fresh and they also use vegetable oil not olive oil and they have like a well processed American salami which is very unhealthy for specially for young kids full of GMO glucose Roundup I do not recommend this place that's all there are some other better places which they use wood burning oven using good ingredients one of them is crust Pizza in Vienna Virginia and one of them is Italian oven on Old Dominion drive so you if you are concerned about the health for your family and children order from the great places with the reputation and the service...
