Multiple, fraudulent charges occurred using this store’s app multiple times leading to 4 x debit cards being suspended. Spoke to Kira, the manager on duty, on 6/7/20 at approximately 4:45pm. Notified him of the charges and he gave me another number to call and wait on hold for. Asked about the inconvenience reimbursement not only for my time, but also deactivating my debit cards which also caused me not to be able to pay for my items at other stores as the cards were suspended. He said, “I cannot do anything about that, but I can give you another number to call.”
After calling the 1-800-# provided by Kira they documented the incident to provide additional protection to my account, but could only give a $25 on a gift card for the inconvenience. This is the third time for this type of incident and this sort of activity shutdowns your ability to pay for other items when the card is deactivated.
Giving this store 3-stars because the staff at the store is polite, but securing their purchasing process is of importance. A $10.76 order has not cost them $25 and way too much of my time. Dana, 1-800# Starbuck’s supervisor, could only further waste time. She could not verify why the card was declined by the bank (7 charges in one day) or where the charges were coming from. Read moreMy fave Starbucks. It's not your typical Starbucks and being a split level with a cozy atmosphere, it's a great place to take loved ones...or spend some quiet time alone. The Baristas are awesome, personable and hard working. They are efficient and always manage to work at a reasonable pace--even during those busy times. There's usually ample seating...but sometimes it's a battle to get the best seats in the house (much like movie theaters). I heard my name called for my order, but didn't see my order. They have a great display in front of the store for mobile pickup. If you order in person, your drink goes to the back...on a cluttered back counter next to things they are prepping like tea and drink base containers and empty shakers. So weird.
