1/30/2018 I'm revising my review today because Mangan Jewelers has changed their business format. Sharyn and Adele are no longer employees. They were asked to leave so the formatting of the store could change to appointment only with Mr. and Mrs. Mangan.

There is zero product on display.

Today I called to make an appointment to sit down with Tom to look at some jewelry I inherited from my Grandmother. I needed an idea of what I have and also needed some repairs.

Mrs. Mangan quoted me $65 for a consultation. By the way, in the years I have visited and the thousands of dollars that have been spent with Mangan, Mrs. Mangan has never said hello to me. With her attitude, they may as well have closed. Doesn't seem like they really want to work.

Over the years we have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Mangan. They’ve just lost a loyal client because of a $65 fee.

If anyone has recommendations for a quality jewelry in the area, I'm all ears.
