I always come to this Cava during my lunch break at work-which is only an hour long. Within the last few months something has been very off about this location, they seem to be understaffed all the time. I’ll put in an order for 1pm everyday and I normally don’t actually get my order until 1:10 and even 1:15 on some occasions. I understand that this location is busy during this time, so I tried to start placing my order at 12:30 and making the pickup time 1:00 and still my order isn’t there when I walk into the store. I noticed today they had my ticket off to the side and only began to work on it when I said I had an order for 1.. and at this time it was 1:06, therefore I didn’t actually receive my order until 1:10. Read moreThe food is good that's why I try to find Cava everywhere I go specially the spicy lamb balls with the spicy red combo and get a lot of green option too so not too fatty to have regular bites .But I am always bothered by the service of the employees out here as they always seem to be not relating to you just like today as I went in for my lunch and I got yelled at for asking to add the pita chips to my bowl also for adding customized salad entry and getting the sauce right into my bowl selection.What annoyed me was there were people rushing in during work hours trying to pick their lunch and all of the servers were making them wait in the queue instead while preparing the online orders which didn't seem ethical or logical to me.Serve the people who are staring right at you try to give them a smile back say a word or two about their day. But in this particular scenario, when I enquired about the A/C problem, several employees on the staff indicated to me that the only way to make this a top priority is by posting a negative review on Google or similar.
