Both my desktop and laptop computers began to have issues with their ability to connect to the internet as well as the loss of audio and other peripheral items. My attempt to recover windows failed miserably. My good fortune was finding Hanover Computer and making contact with John. I dropped off the equipment and briefly spoke to John describing what the symptoms for each computer. I was given a projection day for pick-up of Monday (it was Friday). My computers are my communications lifeline. John indicated he would try to get them back to me sooner, if possible. Late Friday, John called to indicate he would work on recovery of my computers Saturday and would call me when completed. Well, long story short, I picked up the computers Saturday afternoon, and at a very reasonable price. They operate as well as they did when new. Thank you, John!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best place for you to have your computer fixed. I had a one-year old Dell that gave me nothing but problems from the day I got out of the box. Took it to John at Hanover Computers and he could not fix it as it had a bad hard drive, so he built me a new computer from scratch that works like a charm now. John is patient, will listen to all of your concerns, and address them too. It took me years to find such quality service here in the Richmond area. Thank goodness for Google, which was what made me go there in the first place. The work was fast, reasonably priced and done perfectly. I could not be more pleased. I recently had a computer crash and was so scared I had lost my files. John was able to retrieve my files within a day. Once the data was secured he diagnosed the old computer and gave us options. We opted to have him build us a new computer for an excellent price. He is amazing. His customer service is absolutely excellent. During the whole process he was very informative, calling at each step to keep us informed. And from the time I dropped off the old computer to picking up my new computer was only 3-4 days. In addition to his computer and business skills, he is also very friendly and kind. When my laptop is ready to be replaced, I will be having John build me a new one.
