How to get yourself banned from a Starbucks lol? I just did and I feel GREAT!!!! LOL. I've been discriminated and bullied at this store since it first opened and it all came to a head today. I have complained to upper management nothing has been done. Today I stood up for myself and took matters into my own hands. 2 days ago I used the bathroom it has zero toilet paper in it not a big deal to me I bring my own supply LOL but being the Good Samaritan I tell the manager Sarah about that and she immediately snaps at me. I told her everything's okay Sarah I'm on your team I'm just trying to be a good guy she snaps back at me again. The next day I place a mobile order like I've done every day for the past 4 years at the store this year I have a cute little puppy and I always get pup cups they just hand them to me over the counter. I come in she haphazardly throws together my coffee the same person Sarah I asked her Sarah can I get my pup cup she said go up to the register and get it. Once again being nasty and asking for drama. Once again being bullied and discriminated against. Why I don't know. Like I said this has been going on at this store bullying for a long time. That didn't set well with me more I thought about it during the day I've had enough and I'm going to go in the next day and stand up for myself. Sunday the next morning I walk my dog it's 6:00 a.m. I see her car (Sarah)there I said I'm going to go in and stand up for myself. I went inside she's tearing boxes down, I don't go into the back room but I walked up and said Sarah can I speak to you. I didn't want things to escalate but her mouth opens up and she says get back your not supposed to be back here. I didn't know what she meant I was not in the back room at all but once again here we go with the bullying and I said okay now it's my turn to give you a little of your own medicine. I'm not proud of some of the language I used but I put the big bully in her place let's just put it that way. I've worked loss prevention and indirectly with the police for many years so I know how far I could have taken the conversation without getting myself in trouble but I said some things that I felt like needed to be said to stand up for my rights and against bullying. I didn't come out of the Coalfields yesterday I knew my actions would get me banned but I had zero intentions of ever returning to that starbucks. This has been a cumulation of events that led up to this I have complained to management over the years about the store but it never worked sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands. With that being said I don't blame Sarah I blame the management team. I ordered a small coffee with one sugar and cream. Simple request. The girl who took my order also made my coffee. After she put my coffee on the counter next to the coffee machine and handed my friend his coffee. I stand there waiting for 10ish minutes waiting for her to give me my coffee while I stead she was making the orders that were standing behind me in line. Come to find out I believe she was waiting for another employee running the drive thru to add my cream. Why not add it yourself. Is that a company policy? Clearly she saw me standing there waiting. She handed me a cold cup of coffee which I later threw in the trash when I got home. This location was on Bells Creek Road in Mechanicvile., Virginia. Disappointed...

I'm really sick of the baristas trying to blame me for their ticket problems. I'm not responsible for what order the app spits out tickets. I didn't do a damn thing wrong ANY of the times Starbucks employees snapped at me over losing track of my drink because they were in separate orders, or it 'taking longer' (it doesn't) on their drive through times I come and pick up my order at the expected time listed on the app. Coming to Starbucks has been an extremely stressful experience since employees now feel like they have the right to snap at their guests.
