Excellent initial customer relations. I had a Saturday appointment and was in and out within the time I was told it would take. Actually it was less than the two hours they quoted me. Excellent quality for the money and what seems to be a great job done. Time will tell for sure. My only complaint is that the windows seem to have some water spots on them that I will need to go over because I am somewhat anal- retentive. I showed Denise because Kyle(who did the installation) was busy with another car at the time, and she told me that the water spots were normal, but not water spots. It has an effect of bubbling but for sure is not! She said that it just takes a short amount of time for it to completely adhere to the window and because of their warranty any problems I may experience to return and they will do whatever they had to do to make me happy. I am hoping I won't have to return, unless it's for another job! Denise and I had a great discussion while my car was being worked on and that really passed the time quickly.
