Pretty disappointing experience. Cedar was good to send someone over to diagnose an issue with my dishwasher. My tenants were home but weren't told what was wrong. All they got was that I would get a call with a quote to fix it. All I got radio silence. Week goes by and I call to figure out what's going on, they say they'll call me back with a quote within the hour, and nothing. Call again to no avail. Waste of more than a week with the dishwasher...

Best place ever, called and spoke with Lenny my dads fridge died it was an 40 year old Hotpoint. Can you get me a new fridge today mind you it’s about 90 and humid. Within an hour three men show up with fridge install and remove old. These three guys were so professional and nice , just had to share they are what customer service is all...

Lenny is a very nice guy, and true to his word. When they installed my new stove, they did some damage to my back door. It took a little while and few phone calls to Lenny to get the carpenters to come in, but they did come and repaired it very nicely, and also I really like...
