Granvitors Pizza — Restaurant in Medford

Granvitor’s menu appeared in my mailbox many months ago, but I put it aside, not interested in yet another pizza place. That, it turns out, was a huge mistake!

I finally decided to order dinner about a week ago…and have ordered three times since, including introducing my neighbors to their outstanding food!

I recommend venturing outside of the traditional “pizza lane” and trying other items on the menu. Regardless of what you choose, you’ll know that it was made with great care and attention to fresh ingredients. Granvitor’s desire to please their customers is underscored with a short blurb that appears on the back of the menu that reads, “To our Customers: If you desire a dish not seen on our menu, please ask for it. We can prepare it for you!”

Great food just not entirely content that when I ordered food the second visit a few days later the chef was using headphones to talk to someone for almost an hour and he made me chicken broccoli ziti Alfredo sadly he used shredded mozzarella cheese and not grated cheese which in my perspective being I have worked in several kitchens that's a big mistake but at least he was still doing his job it's just a bad look involving newer customers not knowing if they will mention these mistakes in the review it's just not professional chef conduct like aren't you informed of the not to do's in front of customers...

After moving in Medford for 9 years this became my go-to Italian food place since it opened! Everything they make it outstanding! Do yourself a favor and get some appetizers to go along with your delicious meal. (GET THE FRIES!!) Prices are way better than anything else in Medford. I’m so sad to be moving away but I might come back just for a calzone. If the owner sees this review, thank you for providing stability in an unstable world.
