Bella's Ravioli was one of the first local food shop we visited when we first arrived in Boston almost 15 years ago. My husband loves Italian food and when we live out west of the country, we couldn't find fresh raviolis that were close to this quality. So when we found out that there was a local mom and pop shop nearby us that were selling raviolis, we had to try them out and we fell in love with their raviolis. When we visited, the mother was always so nice to our baby, even giving us free pastina to feed her. We have since moved a bit away from Medford and have tried other raviolis and nothing can compare to Bella's. We drive to Bella's as often as we can and stock up on raviolis. We freeze them and have them ready when we are lazy to cook. Its a quuck dinner for our family. The cheese filling is smooth and tasty. We simply pair it with a quick marinara sauce. The simple cheese raviolis are masterful and a must try. Buy the tomato sauce for the raviolis, you won't regret it. And the owner is wonderful, she loves all children.
