Country Store — Local services in Medford

My 10 yr old son and I went tonight to get him an Icee as kids do he sets it on the counter as were paying and it spills over on the counter, the cashier was extremely rude and said very bad comments. I asked for some towels and continued to clean the whole entire mess, every drop, I then went replaced the Icee and went to pay, he told me I had to pay for the one that spilled as well, even though it was in the garbage can. I did but am overwhelmed with the lack of respect from someone that is supposed to be in a customer service position, we live down the road and will never be returning to this establishment again. I got his name and when I asked the manager or owners name he said his name is all I need to know. I will be contacting someone else because this was just ridiculous! Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Treatment

I can’t even begin to explain how terrible my experience was at this store. As a disabled person, I’ve faced challenges, but never have I been treated so poorly. When my card didn’t work, an employee immediately started talking down to me. When I stood up for myself and asked for respect, he had me 86ed from the store.

My mother was on the phone with me and heard the entire exchange. Despite this, the employee lied to the police about what happened.

On top of that, the store engages in price gouging with ridiculously inflated prices. It’s clear they’re taking advantage of customers.

Walked half a mile to get to the store, turned off the lights as I was crossing the street, they closed 5 minutes early. So of course I knocked on the door the gal just shook her head and the guy just walked away. You would think as a gesture considering they had 5 minutes left before close and they hadn't started closing the till they could have opened the door obviously they could tell I walked. I'm so mad I coukd spit. And yes I realize I was cutting it short but was trying to jump start my car before I realized I would have to walk. I can only hope that the same type of in justice is done to the both of you. And for the record if you say you close at 12 then you should close at 12 regardless....
