Move over, Goodwill—there's a new sheriff in town, and it's called "4 A Cause Thrift Shop"!
Tired of wandering the aisles of Goodwill and Salvation Army, wondering why you're paying department store prices for used tube socks and grimy mason jars? Look no further than this quaint little thrift haven.
From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found something special. The faint smell of mothballs and mystery hung in the air, a sure sign of authentic thriftiness. Unlike Goodwill's labyrinth of overpriced knick-knacks, 4 A Cause Thrift Shop offers a curated collection of items that range from "Wow, this is actually cool" to "Who on earth would donate this?"—all at unbeatable prices.
I snagged vintage vinyl for less than the price of a latte. Goodwill, are you taking notes? I also picked up a specific glass tumbler I had been searching for ($0.25! miracles do happen) and some fabric.
The staff here are a delight—friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about thrift. They don’t just mindlessly stock shelves; they genuinely want you to leave with something you'll love. Unlike the soulless, corporate vibe of Goodwill, 4 A Cause Thrift Shop feels like shopping at a friend's garage sale—if your friend had amazing taste and a knack for finding hidden treasures.
So, if you're tired of Goodwill's price hikes and generic selection, do yourself a favor and swing by 4 A Cause Thrift Shop. Your wallet will thank you, and you might just find something that sparks joy. Plus, you'll leave with a smile on your face, knowing you didn't just contribute to a CEO's next yacht payment. Instead, you're helping your community by shopping locally at...

Salvation army, meh. Nothing wrong with those, I definitely still go, but they don't have the love factor. Someone who cares. But then, to quote one of the greats from the 90s "I saw the sig"n and it opened. up my eyes! I love this little store, every nook and cranny packed with treasures. And customer service was second to none, friendly helpful, even helped me take all the things I didn't know I needed to my truck. If you like thrifting, treasure hunting, I highly recommend...
Read moreThis thrift store exemplifies what a community thrift store is supposed to be. No price gauging here! The prices are low, the items quality, and. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. They have a 1/2 price rack, where I found something to wear in Spring. Even found a bit of knock off perfume. And there are free things to check out in front of the store. I found a book on the biblical man Job, which I look forward to reading tonight. Just a gem! Praying they do well and stay open for years to come! Good job to the owners who had a vision and a purpose beyond...
