I purchased two computers from them. One was an inexpensive one for the kids and another was a rebuild. The nicer of the two computers had problems from the start. I called to have them look at it and I was pawned off to another tech whom took over a week to try and pick it up. I had forgotten the computer that day but live only 1 mile from work. The tech was rude to say the least. Said he didn't have time for me and wouldn't return my phone calls. My Aunt died a week later and I was unable to retrieve the pictures that we needed for her wake. I am not only dissapointed with their service but it caused heartbreak in our family. ...

Scott is amazing! My son had an old laptop that Scott had fixed and kept going well past its prime. I did some research and decided on a new one. I could not get the new one to connect to the internet. I called and left a message with Scott. He got back to us within an hour and walked me through troubleshooting and got it going.
