I had a messed up voice for the past couple days and I’ve been really wanting something like coffee and it being cold I just thought it would be soothing. I go to the human Bean on Rossanley I wanted to look at the menu and I didn’t even have enough time to look at the menu to see what exactly what I wanted so I told the lady that I just wanted a medium iced caramel coffee with extra cream and extra caramel and an extra shot I got a coffee with no caramel like four extra shots no creamer and it’s just iced with nothing in it. Very fast place but they need to slow down and do peoples drinks right because I just wasted five dollars on something that I could’ve made at home 10 times better. I never go out and get coffee I’m just super disappointed because I wanted something very good and very tasty and I thought coffee...

Terrible service. Went in to get some coffee. Met with an attitude from the staff person at their Beaverton-Hillsdale OR location. They were unfriendly and when asked why they seemed unhapppy was met with additional attitude. Then to make matters even worse got told that they were offended because she was a feminist. So I go in to get coffee, ask why someone seemed unhappy out of concern and get forced into being told they are a feminist. Thanks for the class on feminism which wasn't needed or necessary to someone who simply wanted a cup of coffee. And to make matters worse called their main number and was told a manager would be calling me and they were mailing me drink coupons. Well never got the call and the drink coupons, which I honestly cared less about, never arrived....
