I have got to say. I don't write many letters to companies about their employees, but I have got to say Justina was so wonderful and caring, I'm a 70 year old woman but she Never made me feel dumb or stupid. She explained to how to get her a picture of the electric cord and get it ordered for me. I have worked a long time in customer service and I would have given anything to have an employee like Justina. They are very few and far between. She could have said, there's nothing she could do, (like many of the people I spoke to before her), but she took the time, probably a good 30 minutes, to make me feel special or special, like I was her only customer. I didn't mean to go on so long, but I haven't been taken care of like this in a very long time. When it comes time to buy new furniture again, Ashley's is where I will go.
