Target — Local services in Medford

If I could give this location no stars I would!!! I’ve gone here a few times and two times have come across people who clearly hate not just their jobs but life. First bad expierence was when I ran in for wipes I walked with two kids the 15 minutes to get them wipes knowing we were down to the last pack. They would not price match off there own website which is clearly is a policy of target. She told me to go home order them to get that price then come back tomorrow and it will be ready. Went to Woburn where they were the same price as online no problem. Second bad expierence ask costumer service if they took wic was told yes. Took the 45 minutes trying to find out what was eligible then headed to the register. The kid was clearly in high school ran everything up then when I tried to pay it wouldn’t take my card. He called over the walkie to his manager who said they took it but he couldn’t figure out how to finish the transaction. Needless to say I left with no groceries most of the food will be thrown away because it comes from the cooler and no manager come to help him. On October 24th, I went to this Target and bought almost $200, and one of my items came home with the alarm on it, making it impossible to wear, forcing me to return to the store to show the receipt and request the alarm removal. A huge inconvenience. On October 28th, I went to the store to resolve the issue, and the attendant helped me and removed the alarm after checking the receipt. After that, I decided to make other purchases, and the bag with the previous receipt was in my cart. As I went through the checkout, the attendant asked me what was in the bag. I told her it was a previous purchase. She became suspicious and embarrassed me in front of other people. I had to open the bag and show her the shorts and the receipt before she'd let me leave. It was absurd; the store caused me so much embarrassment that I don't intend to return. The first time, they made a mistake by leaving an alarm, and the second time, they suspected I was stealing the shorts, which I was there only to retrieve. First time i went to that store and something really shady happened to me at it, I paid with a Gift card leaving a balance on said card of 174 us$. 9 minutes after I left the store i received the surprise that my gift card had a purchase from a Casino in New Jersey from the 174 i had as abalance left. my suspition is that someone (at any level) got access to my gift card # and purchased anything at said casino as this is really shady.
