EventThem Studios — Attraction in Medford

I held my vinyl record release show at EventThem Studios in Medford in early April. I have to say that this venue is a really special place and a hidden gem! The space itself is amazing, with an awesome ambience and flow. We used the "box office" area as the guest entrance for ticket check-ins, the "middle" room for mingling, food, drinks, and the merch table, and the "performance" room for the seated concert. EventThem provided all the seating, the sound system, a sound engineer, and the lighting. There was a handicap accessible restroom for attendees, arcade machines in the "middle" room for the kids to play on during the breaks, and a "green" room for performers to use between sets. Load-in, setup, soundcheck, breakdown, and load-out for the event was straightforward and easy. Our sound engineer, Marcelo, was just fantastic! He was super-professional and courteous, he did a phenomenal job with the sound, and he helped so much throughout the entire event! Actually, I have to say that everyone at EventThem was wonderful to work with; they really helped us out with everything from initial planning through to final execution. We had a highly successful sold-out concert with 50 ticketed attendees and a big part of that was due to the venue - everyone that attended was so impressed with the place. We're so happy with how things went and we're definitely going to hold more events in this incredible and special space with this awesome team of people.
