My tuna burger was surprisingly good, even though it isn’t technically a burger because it comes on a bed of rice instead of in a bun. The menu makes it sound like you are getting sides of seaweed salad and scallops; however, you are actually getting a micro serving of salad and one scallop – Lol. All of the sushi we got was also very good. No complaints about the hot and sour soup. My daughter was not a fan of the Boba. Our waitress was very friendly; however, you could tell when she was coming back from a smoke break because she smelled like the Marboro man. I will definitely go back.

Decent for a weeknight dinner or takeout, solid three stars. The food is consistently on the better side of mediocre. It's a pretty good bang for your buck -- prices are cheap. I recommend the pork agemono (one of the dishes pictured here). The sushi is decent, a little underflavored. Pictured here also is the house salad, which I don't recommend. The service is often poor -- even if you get a good waiter or waitress, the service is usually slow because the place is perpetually understaffed. Ambience varies. Expect anything from packed and noisy to quiet and dimly lit.

Best Asian cuisine on the North Shore! I come here all the time because I know I can always expect a quality meal loaded with flavor and good size portions for a reasonable price. They have plenty of seating and a beautiful granite top bar that’s always packed with people. If you like sushi they are very well known for having the most amazing sushi around. I have friends that drive from Wakefield just for their sushi. The entire staff are so friendly and very welcoming! They are open 6 days a week closed on Tuesday I highly recommend!

After a long week we decide to get take-out a Sei Bar in Medford, we have been there many times for sushi and we loved it, but we decided to try their other specialties. WE MADE A MISTAKE!!! The calamari we ordered was dry and taught, the Pad Tahi, had no sauce, it was completely dry and we ordered a miso soup that they decided to charge us for another full meal. The only thing that was good was the chicken wings.

We were so disappointed! I decided to call and get a full redound (minus the chicken wings), and the first problem was that the manager would not get on the phone with me. then after I explain all my concerns to the girl who answered the phone. She said the only thing they will reimburse was the vegetable meal that came with the miso soup, which I did not order to begin with!

Ugh!!! Not the way I wanted to end my long week, I told them I was very unhappy with the food and that I would be embarrassed serving this to anyone,! She explained that people like crispy calamari, but what I got was not crispy, it was hard and chewier like rubber. She also said people didn't like the Pad Thai with too much sauce, but the dish had NO sauce!

Again, they refused to refund any of the other meals except for the one they made us purchase to get the miso soup. Even after I told them we were good clients and that I was unhappy and would probably never returned. They didn't really care, and if they don't care about their customers, why should anyone go back!?

Breaks my heart because we really love supporting small business specially restaurants that have been struggling, however, at the end of the day our support to small business is because they provide such excellent service and care about the customers, but this is not how they...

We used to go all the time as regulars, and the last time we went they told us you can't get soup or rice with your meal anymore which ok but how do you not get rice with your stir fry at an asian restaurant? Then we ordered orange beef too, it was left in fryer too long so it was very tough and not edible so politely told waitress and they took dish and at end they said they would reduce the orange beef to 50% off. We were so confused why would we pay half the meal that was not edible and not eaten, only tried it to realize it was not good? We then again politely said that didn't really make much sense if we didn't touch it and then they did take it off, but we felt as though we had to negotiate with waitress and manager when we're always in there, respectful, leave 20% and never do this. We sent them an email after because we felt really uncomfortable with the whole situation/dining experience especially when we are regulars and they never even responded. They lost customers! Place went down hill...

They will show you menu book, but not telling you it's dated until they charge and getting asked about the difference. There's a tiny label at the book saying "ask waiter for price". But the waiter wouldn't say anything. Online menu is incomplete and not include the food getting ordered. When being asked why the price is different they are so justified that they don't need to tell the customer about it, they don't see why customer would argue for tiny dollar difference. Time is difficult, food is okay, but scamming customer intentionlly or unintentionly is just disappointing. The maybe owner is worse, after I told her I was willing to tip 40% if the price is what it shows, she became so furious that the waiter( who never told me about price change) came and...
