This place is a scam !!! I went in to get my daughter’s ipad screen fixed , everything worked just the screen was cracked, i saw this place had 5 star review, Nayan told me 30-40 min go do my shopping, when i came back he said my home button will not work due to something that connects to it being torn , i was not happy about it and my daughter as you can imagiNe wasn’t either, i did appreciate Nayan trying to understand the situation, either way i did not want to pay 130$ for the service when the iPads function would not be the same , meanwhile be agreed to only charge me for the screen which he said its a 90$ screen good material that The Fix has their own warehouse and is not third party , i said still thought was a bit much he agreed to give me his employee discount and ended up paying 75$ , i get home to find out he scammed me , i kept the box the screen came in and the back says exactly “this is a third party replacement part compatible with respective device.” Im very upset with the service , he did not at all warn me this could happen , also mentioned that the more he had it opened moisture can enter meanwhile he attended 3 people while he was also helping me ! I felt he rushed the service or mayb did not know how to remove screen carefully and caused this to happen , also there is still glass inside the screen so probably cause it to bubble up ! will not ever go back !
