Been a few times and had nothing but great experiences. The tea tastes wonderful, is fairly priced, and they have a great reward program in which you get a card stamped for each drink and earn a free one after every 10.

The inside is cozy, but small. It's a cool and comfy area to wait for your drink, but a little too small for me to settle in and stay with friends or work on my own.

The drinks are delicious. They have excellent black pearl boba. Firm, but not too firm, with a great chew to them. And they taste outstanding---sweet, but not too sweet, with a great brown sugar/caramel taste that's not overwhelming. The drinks themselves are mixed well, too. I really enjoy the taste of them. I recommended the Matcha Milk Tea.

Also, there's a handful of coordinated 1-star review bombs all complaining about being denied service 30 mins before closing time. If this is the case, they should adjust their hours (why be open to the public for 30 mins if you can't make anything), but coordinating a bunch of 1-star reviews over this seems petulant and silly to me. They're definitely worth a visit---especially since this is now one of the only boba tea shops in...

I've only had good experiences here, I feel like the 1 star reviews were a review bomb from one bad experience or misunderstanding. Anytime I had to cancel or reorder, I've received good help over the phone. One good occasion was a storm that happened and I had to cancel my order, but it was already paid through their system. They let me come in the day afterwards for a free drink. The people working at the store are goated and if you allow them to and you're a reasonable customer, they will go out of their way to assist you. I've came in to the store before closing and they got me my drink before. Depending on the toppings you add, the pricing for a single drink can go over $8, but if you keep it minimal you can still get a good drink for a...

Me and my cousin went in here for a girls day out. We ordered 2 drinks. The cashier was a young lady very sweeet! She mistakenly thought it was Saturday and gave us a 50%discount. There was a guy there i dont know if he is the owner or manager but he found out and he snatched the receipt out of the girls hands and started yelling at her in front of us. She was so embarrassed and sad and so were we. We then went to sit down and he came to our table and told us to get up and pay the reminder because the cashier made a mistake! We will never return here. I feel so bad for the cashier. He was disrespectful and quite shameful for doing what he did over $9!!!!!...

Such a cute place! Loved all the flavors we got. Their top sellers are a great place to start if you’re unsure. I got the Taro milk tea and it was so creamy and delicious. My sisters got the match milk tea and lyche teas and those were great too. We went near closing time so they ran out of tapioca pearls so we just went with the popping boba. They’re a fun activity in your mouth. I’ll definitely be going again. Great location and customer service as well. The only down side is that they’re really expensive compared to other bubble tea places.

Honestly the bubble tea is more like Capri sun with bubbles. Not sure if all of the drinks are made with powder but my friends’ taro drink was powdery with very light taro taste heavy with milk. For the price point I wouldn’t come here- as a Taiwanese American. I ordered the lychee strawberry tea and it honestly tastes like watery fruit punch- doesn’t even taste like tea. Even kung fu tea and gong cha is much better pink tea.
