Total Wireless — Local services in Melvindale

My experience at the Total Wireless in Melvindale, MI., was literally the best service we have received from any phone company. Ali and his staff went above and beyond to answer ALL of our questions. I told him I would not give a review, until I made sure I have no issues with my service. It has been over a month since my husband and I switched over from our previous carrier. The fees are exceptional, my husband kept his phone and changed numbers, I switched from an android to an Apple, pretty complicated for a senior citizen. But, Ali and his team invested a lot of hours in making sure we understood everything, and that was in between helping every customer that walked through the door and called on the phone. Instead of getting frustrated they kept a smile on their face and continued to make me laugh. I told Ali he should have his own reality show. (SERIOUSLY) It would get a lot of ratings!! Hope a network reads this and looks him up. I am completely satisfied with the service at Total Wireless. The young ladies there...

Very underrated store, been taking care of me and my family these past months. The man Ali who works there hooked up my whole family and it honestly puts a smile on my face to see my family with all their phones in good shape and fully recovered and it is all thanks to Ali, when it comes to phones Total wireless is really the place that gets it done, I highly recommend it and I’ve never regretted stopping by there for my phone services, ever since I found out about this store, there hasn’t been a time or day where I’ve ever thought about having my phone taken care of elsewhere, and it’s one of the best decisions...
